Fujin Technology understands the needs of the mobile service provider to provide differentiated service plans to the consumer market. By combining usage plans, with application prioritization, and application-specific bandwidth rates by time of day, The mobile service provider can offer service plans, and target increased revenue from specific groups of subscribers, ranging from entry-level pay as you go to contract advanced users.

The service plans can be constructed to benefit both the subscriber and the mobile service provider. Each plan can be targeted at the specific needs of the subscriber. These include but are not limited to:

• Value-based pricing based on cost of subscriber traffic: on-net versus off-net; cached versus non-cached, etc.
• Usage-based billing
• Bandwidth turbo boost – by specific application, by time of day, or by bulk bandwidth
• Gaming prioritisation
• VoIP prioritisation
• Usage quotas with policy-based options upon breach: redirect to top-up page for up selling; meter usage at a higher rate; enforce a lower speed for all traffic until quota period expires; selectively slow down specific application traffic (e.g., P2P file sharing) until quota period expires.
