Pre Sales

Understanding our customers' requirements is one of the most important aspects of our pre-sales activity. Working with customers to establish the requirements they have from the existing technology they have implemented, the day to day user needs and the future development of the business is the first essential step in delivering the highest quality pre-sales service. This thorough understanding of our customers objectives both today and in the future enable us to make a true correlation between the technology and the various business objectives our customer have.

Once we are sure we have a full understanding of the customer's requirements and the customer has confirmed our findings of their requirements to be correct, the pre sales team recommend the solution that will address their needs. The appropriate hardware/software or new technology recommendations are made as appropriate. Customers can rest assured that these recommendations are provided by a team of pre sales engineers who have expertise in a range of vendors products/solutions. Of particular benefit to our customers is our pre-sales' teams ability to draw on their colleagues expertise within other technology areas whether they be voice, data or security to ensure solutions across a range of technology areas can be recommended as a holistic solution rather than considering them disparate and not taking into account compatibility issues or cross over of functionality.

Our pre sales expertise is available to our customers in a variety of consultancy services including;

  • Solutions Planning, design and recommendations

Network audits provide an invaluable opportunity to thoroughly review existing infrastructure, the network capabilities and the deliverables available to the customer from that infrastructure. As a result of a network audit recommendations will be made to ensure the future proofing of the network, evaluating scalability requirements and suggesting alternative mechanisms of delivering new functionalities with new software releases or new technologies to compliment the existing products. Often network audits also enable us to identify and recommend changes in the use of existing infrastructure to utilise further functionality that is already available but not currently made use of.

Solutions planning, design and recommendations - Our expertise enables us to design and plan solutions for customers based on their requirements whether they wish to do so starting from scratch or incorporating and optimising the use of their existing infrastructure. We work with the customer to identify their business requirements both today and in the future to establish what the users requirements are, what the demands are and will be on the infrastructure and what possible future technologies may be adopted. This understanding enables us to provide a full future proof recommendation plan/design for today with additional planning information for future optional technologies.
